On US Highway 160 north toward Bayfield, at Mile Post 98, turn onto CR 223 and head about 1.5 miles to Wildorado east gate. Watch for auction signs.

This is an opportunity to purchase residential, educational, clinical, or commercial space at less than the cost of building from the ground up.

These former Animas High School buildings, once located along the west end of Highway 160 in Durango, must be sold and removed from their present location after purchase.

The offering includes 28 modules, each approximately 14’ x 64’, selling as two lots of 14 modules. When assembled, each lot forms double-wide housing or working space.

The modules have been inspected and approved for transport.
